Valentine’s Day Dressing: from budget to blowout

I don’t know about you, but I love any excuse to buy a new dress and some shiny new shoes. And Valentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to splash out. Even though I’ve been with my boyfriend for over 7 years (yikes!), and even though some people might think it’s a bit ‘soppy’, we both still like to make an effort on Valentine’s – whether it’s making dinner for eachother, or heading out to a nice restaurant – it feels so good to get all dressed up and just spend a bit of time on eachother, and not on our phones (ha!) or stressing about other things.

And, let’s face it, what girl doesn’t like to get all dolled up, even if it is to stay in and enjoy a home-cooked meal. So with this in mind, I thought I’d share with you all a few ideas for your V-day outfit – from some amazing bardot style dresses (I’m obsessed with this style!) to cute strappy heels and some classic lippy, with options to suit any budget.
