Photo Diary: Covent Garden, London

It’s no secret that I absolutely love London and any opportunity I get to spend the night there I grab with both hands.

Recently I was lucky enough to go and see Beyonce again, this time at the Formation world tour show in Wembley. My Friend and I decided to make a weekend of it and spend the night in London, enjoying dinner near Trafalgar Square before the show and thoroughly falling in love with Queen Bey all over again during her two hour show.

We had decided to spend some time enjoying Covent Garden- one of my favorite parts of London –on the Sunday and spent a few hours wandering around, having brunch and of course I bought plenty of my beloved Ladurée Macarons…

We then had some amazing brunch at Le Pain Quotidien, I of course went for the Avocado on toast- so delicious!

After enjoying a wonderful brunch we then took a wander through the market and ventured into all of the dreamy shops…

Believe it or not, we then managed to make the silly mistake of missing our trains home, which actually proved to be a great opportunity to explore a bit more of London (and luckily our tickets where valid for later trains!). We took the opportunity to head over to Kensington and enjoyed an amazing dinner with my favourite red wine which just topped off a really, really lovely weekend…

We also came across, quite possibly, the most amazing looking pub in all of London! This is firmly on my to-do list when next in the city…

How cute is that?!

London, you make my heart burst!

Travel often (and if you’re going to London then take me with you!),
